Earlier is always better, especially when a specific artist or date matters. Many events begin planning six to twelve months out, but Teneleven can also help assess shorter timelines.
Yes. The artist fee is only one part of the event. We build a practical view of travel, hospitality, staging, audio, lighting, labor, insurance, and other production costs before major commitments are made.
No. Teneleven develops talent options around the audience, event goals, venue, market, and budget rather than a single genre.
Yes. Talent buying, production, financial work, sponsorship, and accounting can be combined or engaged individually depending on what your team needs.
Weather planning starts before show day. We coordinate decision points, shelter and evacuation considerations, communication responsibilities, and the contractual realities that affect the event.
Each event can have an unlisted client link, with an optional access code. The page holds the live schedule, venue information, contacts, and operational notes without appearing in public navigation.
Private show control
